September 14, 2021 ACF Executive Director Zhanna Zhakupova participated in the session of “The Undervalued Key to MFI Success: People Power” which was conducted during 23rd MFC Annual Conference “Social Finance Vibe: Pandemic Reboot”. Together with another experts such as Corina Stefan, BCR Social Finance, Isabelle Katthagen and Elisabeth Niendorf, ADG International she discussed HR issues in microfinance, including the current state of staff management and its impact on the overall success of an MFI. During the session Zhanna Zhakupova talked about HR trends in Kazakhstan, including HR digitalization and HR branding. She also shared ACF experience in managing employees during COVID-19 pandemic. We believe that session materials including experience of Asian Credit Fund was useful for all the participants.
