On the eve of The International Women´s Day ACF CEO Ms.Zhanna Zhakupova joined the Ring the Bell Action organized by Kazakhstani Stock Exchange and supported by IFC – International Finance Corporation, Asian Development Bank (ADB) and other international institutions. It is a global initiative aimed at empowering women for sustainable development and business, as well as their presence in leadership positions and participation in the country’s top issues.
In 2024 The action celebrates its 10th anniversary. This time the gong at the start of trading on the stock exchange was dedicated to the theme Invest in women: Accelerate Progress. A panel discussion brought together investment experts and executives from major financial institutions to discuss gender inclusiveness in the context of investing in women’s entrepreneurship and green finance.
