Annual staff meeting of microfinance organization Asian Credit Fund, LLC (ACF) took place on February 23-24, 2016 in Almaty. This was the occasion for the ACF employees from Branches and HQ to gather together, review results of 2015 and aim the path for reaching 2016 goals.
Day one of the meeting was all about 2015 results sharing within the various Branches and Departments, changes that have occurred during last year and recognition of outstanding contributions. So, Taraz Branch was the winner of the “Best Branch” nomination and office in Saryagash (Shymkent Branch) was announced as the best ACF sub-office.
Day two was devoted to finding the ideas for implementation of 2016-2020 strategy. The ACF employees suggested five projects that can be implemented in 2016. Contributions of all staff members were highly recognized and greatly appreciated.
