1.Senior Business Development Specialist (regions – Karaganda, Almaty region, Semey)

Duties:

  • managing 3-6 employees office;
  • responsibility for coordination of the loan officers activities;
  • timely reporting to management.

Requirements:

  • higher economic education;
  • working experience in finance;
  • computer skills;
  • knowledge of Kazakh and Russian;
  • skills of team working, management skills;
  • willingness to undertake business trips;
  • sociability, initiativity.

Conditions:

  • working 5 days a week;

2.Business Development Analysts (to all regions)

Duties:

  • customer acquisition and service;
  • small and medium business lending;
  • loan documentation preparation;
  • monitoring.

Requirements:

  • secondary professional or higher education;
  • working experience in finance (desirable);
  • sociability;
  • computer skills, knowledge of Kazakh and Russian;
  • honesty, initiativity.

3.Risk-manager

Duties:

  • credit and operational risks analysis, management of mentioned risks, identification of threats and possible losses, detection of risk sources;
  • development of risk management methodology and policies and procedures for management of credit and operational risks;
  • control over goals’ achievement in set limits and prevention or minimization of company losses;
  • participation in preparation of company development long-term plans, development of risk-management budgets .

Requirements:

  • higher education in economy and finance, mathematics or mathematical analysis;
  • working experience as risk management in financial industry not less than 3 years;
  • knowledge of regulatory base of risk-management;
  • knowledge of financial analysis, risk-management reporting; practical knowledge of methods of assessment of credit and operational risks;
  • good knowledge of Excel, how to work with big data;
  • knowledge of English is an asset;
  • aiming at result, strong analytical skills.
