September 22, 2014. Asian Credit Fund had participated in EUROPEAN MICROFINANCE AWARD 2014 on “Microfinance and the Environment” and was awarded by a Certificate of Participation.
The objective of the 5th European Microfinance Award on “Microfinance and the Environment” is to highlight opportunities for microfinance to improve environmental issues in the South and encourage the industry to find innovative solutions for global environmental concerns.
Selection Committee received 26 applications from 19 countries, including two from Kazakhstan.
