Together with another experts such as Corina Stefan, BCR Social Finance, Isabelle Katthagen and Elisabeth Niendorf, ADG International she discussed HR issues in microfinance, including the current state of staff management and its impact on the overall success of an MFI. During the session Zhanna Zhakupova talked about HR trends in Kazakhstan, including HR digitalization and HR branding. She also shared ACF experience in managing employees during COVID-19 pandemic.
