Criminal Record
Any forms of corruption, including fraud, plunder, assignment in the illegal way, not resolved conflict of interests, false requirements and bribery are forbidden in ACF. Employees who participate or render assistance in any form of corruption will be subjected to disciplinary punishment up to dismissal and can be brought to trial according to the Legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
