On August 26, 2016 MFO Asian Credit Fund LLC (ACF) was awarded as the Leader of Industry 2016 following the results of the National Business Rating held under the aegis of the Union of National business-ratings of member-countries (Azerbaijan, Belorussia, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Russia, Uzbekistan, and Ukraine). Distribution of top awards according to the rating of enterprises was held in Almaty city at the International business-conference organized by this Union. Rating of the enterprises is a complex evaluation of the enterprise activities based on the financial and economic indicators. The enterprise does not file an application and does not pay for rating. Evaluation is held free-of-charge, independently and at the state level.
When evaluating the enterprises, both quantitative (production volumes indicators) and qualitative indicators (labor productivity, growth rates and etc.) are taken into consideration. Leadership in industry was gained by ACF in 2016 due to the growth rates, including growth in number of employees and expansion of rural network of the offices throughout Kazakhstan. The national certificate, wall medal “Leader of Industry”, and personal order were given to the Executive Director of the Company Zhakupova Zhanna as a confirmation of honorary status.
As of July 31, 2016 the branch network of ACF consisted of 30 offices 25 of which were located in the rural district centers. Number of staff constituted 213. Since its foundation in 2001, the Company supported more than 45,000 entrepreneurs, having financed their business ideas in total amount of 13.7 bln. Tenge (approximately 82.0 mln. USD). Professionalism of the management and employees, orientation to the best result, support and development of the clients – all this helped the Company to achieve high results and honorary title “Leader of Industry”.
ACF employees were also honored at the ceremony. The Shymkent Branch Director Daliyev Mukhit was awarded with the medal for high competence, perfect business reputation, proactivity, efficiency in tasks performance and adherence to the Company’s values. Business Development Specialist of ACF Taraz Branch Sagynbekkyzy Sholpan was awarded the national certificate “Employee of the Year”. The Executive Director Zhakupova Zhanna noted that ACF management highly appreciated contribution of the employees into achievement of the Company’s goals. Such employees became an example to follow and a landmark for new employees as well as pride and support for all employees of the Company.
Apart from visiting the ceremony, all members of the International business-conference got new knowledge in the field of business building and development.
